​Most leadership programmes focus on the "outer-game" – skills and knowledge acquisition. While these are important, true leadership transformation hinges on the often-neglected "inner-game" – your way of being. This programme delves into this hidden curriculum, fostering genuine personal development alongside a leader's traditional leadership training.

The VUCA world (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) presents unprecedented challenges for leaders. The traditional "heroic" leadership model is no longer sufficient. 5 Live Group Q&A and Group Coaching Sessions: Deepen your understanding and receive expert guidance during live interactive sessions with Baz. Access Over 230 PowerPoint Slides around which the programme is created: With access to the slides, participants can help develop their own team members inner-game or ‘way of being’ as part of a positive ripple down effect. The same is true for coaches using the slides in their coaching practise.

Optional One-on-One Coaching: For those seeking further personalised support, one-on-one coaching sessions are available with Baz to address individual needs and provide tailored guidance.

Triads: It is recommended that participants form groups of three to meet at least once between each live group sessions to explore the material and the challenges they find in developing their new way of being as a leader...working not so much an 'action learning set', but a 'being development set'.

​The structure of the program is show below. The total duration of the programme would normally be under 6 months which provides enough time between recorded modules and live sessions for participants to both reflect on the content and experiment with the insights they are gleaming.
